SeaQuest was used to treat high purity reverse osmosis water and reduce corrosion in the distribution system piping in the US Virgin Islands. As a result lead and copper levels went from failing to passing, and red water complaints were eliminated.

• pH control was not used
• 90th percentile lead results were reduced by 71% and 90%
• 90th percentile copper results were reduced by 33% and 89%

Because SeaQuest does not form mineral scale to control corrosion, it uniquely works in this application with very corrosive water.
